KDRA was founded by Mr. V. K. Jain with the vision of becoming a trusted partner for small and medium sized enterprises in their journey of growth through various stages ranging from establishment, scaling, restructuring, expansion, consolidation to becoming market leader. He has been instrumental in shaping the ethos of Kanchansobha which has grown multifold under his leadership. He has shaped the company’s innovative approach to providing advisory services by ensuring trust is in the center of its culture.

Prior to promoting Kanchansobha, he has worked for over 35 years with various Industrial Houses. He has handled large corporate debt restructuring and turnaround cases, executed mergers & acquisitions and advised large corporates on business development, expansion, treasury management, raising of term loans, raising of equity through private and public issues and raising of mezzanine funding.

Mr. Jain is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Member of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI.
